How do we buy flowers from you?For now, this website is only showing dried flowers for sale. Should you wish to order any of my seasonal and local fresh flowers, available from April until October (unless the weather is particularly kind), then please use the contact form and I will get back to you. Add a phone number if you feel chatting about something would be easier.

Where do you deliver to?We currently deliver dried flowers within the United Kingdom only and fresh flowers locally. We delivery locally for free or a fee if further out. There is a map at payment stage (would be good if they could see this beforehand or list the towns) to show you.
-
How long before I can get my goods? We aim to dispatch orders, other than fresh flowers, within 3 working days of receipt of the paid order. Dried goods orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
-
What if I am not in on the delivery date?If you are receiving fresh flowers you should leave a clean bucket of water in a shady place. For dried goods arriving by post you could request your order be delivered to a neighbour but this is at your own risk.
-
How are the dried goods packaged? All packaging, as far as possible, uses recyclable and environmentally friendly products. The goods are very carefully packed so as to minimise any disturbance during the delivery process.
-
Can I cancel my order?Orders for fresh flowers may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Any cancellations after this time will not receive a refund. Orders for non-fresh items may be amended or cancelled up to the point of postage. We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 working days. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched by the time you contact us, please return your package unopened and undamaged and we will refund you on receipt of the returned package, minus any postage costs. To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using our contact details.
-
Can I return my items?I carefully pack our dried flowers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, should they get damaged in transit, please email me a photo of the damaged flowers within 24 hours of receipt. Any cost of returning unwanted items is to be paid by the customer, except if the item is faulty. We recommend to all customers returning items to use a signed or tracked service as we will be unable to refund any items that are not received.
-
Can I get a refund? If, for whatever reason, your flowers have not arrived within 14 working days of your placing an order, please contact us and we will send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date or a refund. Should you have any concerns about any of the fresh flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
-
How do I look after my dried flowers?Keep them away from heat, moisture and direct light. Colours can fade in bright light and plant material can go limp and mouldy if damp. Also keep away from flames.
-
How do I look after my fresh flowers?Keep your flowers away from extremes of temperature. Also keep them away from the aging effect of ripening fruit. Keep the water fresh and topped up. You could also cut the stems back occasionally to keep the waterways from blocking.
